How do you stay under the radar and avoid paying taxes. I’m on disability and would love to get this program.

You unfortunately can’t stay under the radar and avoid paying taxes! You can offset some of the taxes or reduce what you have to pay back after you go past $600 threshold but unfortunately you can’t stay under the radar and avoid paying unless you’re below $600 threshold
